I always said if someone could breed a leafless plant that only grew buds they be a millionaire no more trimming u could be said millionaireIt shed the seed cap but never made leaves and now it's just growing vertical.
Great Idea! I'll have to remember that one.I had two two more seedlings pop from the soil. I needed to get some light. I usually start them off with to the other two. The tape recorder only fits 6 beer cups. So I rigged up my usual for seedlings which is a 40 watt grow light and I zip tie the little aci t5s ( which I think they sell as side lighting ) . Well it didn’t work the way it has with the landraces and old school strains.View attachment 2547014View attachment 2547015this was last night at this time. ^ The one in the bucket I was calling mis stretchy pants. Fast forward to today. She stretched fell over and kinked the stem. To top it off two more did the same thing later on. These things are are new I have done the carefully remove it but with a kink in 3 strains I wasn’t comfortable trying.
I came up with an idea. So I decided rather than risking trying to remove a seedling which is basically fractured I would attempt this. I took another beer cup and cut the bottom off. From there I took the cut cup and to the soil cup with the stretchers and twisted them further into the soil like you buy them. From there I added soil to the booster solo cup I created around the stretched out stems.View attachment 2547032^ double cups View attachment 2547033^ the front left is the lemon biker og who stretched. If you look at the Cotyledon you can see where the seed was stuck and not allowing it out like the last one. Cheese said these seeds were old.
I still use the stands on the theory that it eliminates the athletic and smart ones from breeding and causing problems, but leaves the laziest alive. I call it the Russian Method.Off to a good start.
If you look close you can see the little gnant heads on tiny pikes all over the tent.

I just slit one’s throat!
Frostette looked at me this morning and said “I’m tired boss” I gave it the mercy slash
Even the lowers on this girl will make some great hash
Just over 9 weeks
I hate taking leaf. I'll take off low sucker buds that aren't a few hairs and a calyx, those tiny tiny ones throw hormones without bothering top weight. Carly got like 15% of the entire low end taken but after that I fight to preserve leaf so that it can get more production from them.5:20am

Beautiful as always Mike!I like how you use the net for keeping everything separated while hanging... Question: How much of a pita is it to get the dry buds out of it, without tearing them up?

What if you take a nice 10" clone off each plant, mark/label them all. Then place the bigger girls into the flowering room and blow them up!!! C'mon man.....flower them alreadyDon't know why I just let'm grow wild...
