I just read your whole thread! Wow Frebo you are such a great guy to teach your son! Love all your pics of all the beauties 💚 I love to see your son is a 'chip off the old block' Great job! Be proud & enjoy that your son has taken over all the heavy labor! 💚 You rock, dude 👊
Thank you. Junior got nervous today. When I got up he was already in the garden. He saw some amber on Black Panther and it rained all night and was still raining. He left some for late harvest and insists he’s doing the right thing because of fear of mold. Photo shows the carnage.

Our weather is changing a bit. It looks like it may not rain tomorrow but by next weekend it appears to be storming. I am thinking we may harvest the balance by then. Black Panther is smoking very nicely. More testing as I speak.

Junior cut Açaí Gelato. We found mold yesterday and he went after it this morning. I went to a local winery for a Jon Galvani and Jen Ambrose concert. I can’t recommend this group enough. Check out on YouTube. 1st photo is one of the Pineapple Upside Down Cakes.

Oger is coming over tomorrow to help take Bud out or shuck branches. We only have Ricky Bobby and Gas Face left besides the two Pineapple Upside Down Cakes. Runtz of Eden and Black Panther are smoking nicely.

Fun day cutting down Gas Face. The trailer is getting full. We may take Ricky Bobby tomorrow but the trichomes are cloudy but no amber and rain coming this weekend. Decisions decisions. Happy growing

It’s been a good year. Oger came over to use the trimmer yesterday for his last plant, Dutch Treat. His garden doesn’t get as much sunlight as ours, but he’s always gotten good bud every year. I feel so fortunate to live where I do at the northern end of the Emerald Triangle. Our plants have so much foliage you can’t see through them. Our valley produces a lot of Hemp so the “OLCC” is kept busy making sure the Hemp is not Marijuana. Because we enjoy growing we will continue to grow but because of the competition between dispensaries I can usually find $25 ounces of 29-30 % THC. Oregon is liberal but mostly in the larger cities and I like it that way. If you are not liberal I would invite you to stay where you are. Sorry I had to get political. Love you all. Happy growing.

That's a must have for you guys that grow trees, I'd purchase one for sure. Congrats on the great year Frebo and Jr. I'm really pleased with my grow and harvest. I'll be down Central Point way for Thanksgiving. Take care.
Yes, I feel hand trimming is over rated. Anything left after machine trimming is really smokable and I can knock
off small leaves when grinding and filling tubes. I mostly smoke joints. I also like the small glass tubes.

We only have one strain to finish trimming. Junior has our freezer over 1/2 full of frozen 1/2 gallon Ball jars that we evacuated with the Seal-a-meal jar attachment. Açaí Gelato is probably the best strain so far. Gas Face provide the most Dab when pressing it. I hope you all are having a great Holiday Season.

Fantastic year frebo. I was down in Central Point for Thanksgiving and thought of your grows as i passed by and i wondered if you all harvested everything. Wonderful weather this past week.

Junior had the bright idea to leave the plants in the ground for next year. Our first frost was this morning and have not been to the garden. I am going to check the buds left for any that hasn’t molded. I have wintered plants and grew a second year but I brought them inside.

Well after a few 30 degree nights I checked on Junior’s garden. Looks like slow death to me. I am enjoying several of our plants and the freezer is full of half gallon evacuated jars crammed full of very fresh bud(when canned). Junior hasn’t started on the frozen weed because we just got through or almost got through trimming the last bin. I have a little bit of “late harvest “ Açaí Gelato left to trim and press. I found Juniors Dab stash from the presses in the freezer. He only had four of those containers you get at the dispensaries with one or two grams, no more, but the containers are full. Dab has been very reasonably priced at Oregon dispensaries this holiday season. How about $4 a gram for pretty good dab? It’s probably old(2024 season) stock. Have a great New Year and good luck growing. Starting seeds soon.
46 days until pitchers and catchers report.

Beautiful plants
Some cannabis strains are more resilient to cold temperatures and frost. These strains are often derived from landrace varieties originating from regions with harsh climates. Examples include:

  1. Hindu Kush: Originating from the mountainous regions of Afghanistan and Pakistan, Hindu Kush is known for its resilience to cold temperatures.
