U could look at Humbolt Dream, for the genetics. Engineered for big, outdoor grows.
. Just remember...ya gotta have room for drying that much weed, when it comes time for harvesting big , outdoor plants
Are u planning on using pots, or going straight into the ground. I recommend in ground for best results. YMMV
I'm in NE Ohio. Last year was the first year to grow in my garden. I used fish, peat moss w/perlite, composted cow and horse manure, mixed into my soil. Same as I would for my vegetables.
I start seeds end of March, then transplanted outdoors in early to mid May....weather permitting ( stable )
These are the two I grew.
Left is California Orange . Said to grow to max height of 6', it topped out at 8'. 50/50 Hybrid
Right is White Buffalo, 70/30 hybrid, Sativa dominant. It topped off at 10'

Genetics play a big role. Proper soil and care is another. Other than that, it's up to mother nature.
It's easy....till it's not.

. But I think it has more to do with a unlimited, non restrictive, nutrient/ microbial rich environment, for root and plant development.
Can't wait for this years grow. Might be a mini, "Mendo boys" grow.

Search for strains that will do well in your location. The NE can be tough on most strains, as stated above. Getting to the finish line , before mold and rot sets in, is our bigest curse.
