When someone interrupts you enjoying your quesabirria tacos….

Im on my FKN lunch break OKAY!!!
Such a great taco, probably my favorite when done right. The key is to baste the corn tortillas in the birria consume and then crisp them up on a grill. Layer of cheese then beef, then cilantro and onion with lime juice. Then you dip them in the consume. I add a little sour cream to them. I’ve made them a few times, it’s a process but well worth the effort. It involves slow cooking beef until it’s xtra tender and then separating the beef from the stew and using the stew as a dip and basting for the tortillas.I don't think I've ever had one. But must be good!
Thinking about starting a thread and refuting every suggestion with an AI sourced quote.
It's my new plan to win friends and influence people.
Also it seems to entertain some people......
Thinking about coco and peat mix with both vermiculite and perlite.
Ph target 6.2
Drain to waste auto pots with really gooey organic pour nutes.
12 12 from seed flipping at node 10 but topping at node 6.
On the same day.
That should do it.
I feel ya mate. I'm 40 in a year as well. Went from 85kg a few years back to about 120kg now. Hide it well at 6 foot 4 but it's still no good. Went from a super physical job to a dispatch/phone job and Im still eating like in catching chickens. Does not work.Well i have been eating like shit the last 2.5 years and all the surgery and process food. Got an enlarged prostate now and diverticulitis, I hit 40 years in january and I cant eat that shit anymore. Sad part three years ago I was in good shape and was eating healthy. Going back full carnivor again and back to working out. Not going to miss the process food, just a joint. Need to lose 30 pounds and i can get off these new pills.
The laziness was a big part on my end. Just so much easy carbs. Too lazy to prepare fresh whole food and just wanted to throw something in the microwave for the last few years as I've been single.I was in great shape 3 years ago on carnivore 165 5' 11 and felt great blood work was perfect and no inflammation. Wife got sick and money got tight and simply got lazy with cooking and ate and drank myself to this place. I am 198 right now and look and feel terrible. They got me now on pills for both and want to get off of them when I get better.

My big issue was an over reliance on fruits and pasta/rice. I could demolish a kg of grapes in a few minutes. Was always having pasta, bread and rice dishes with veggies as main meals and a ton of fruit inbetween. Not abnormal for me to eat 3-4 apples, half a watermelon, 1kg grapes and a few mandarins every day on top my two main meals.I totally cut out all fast food and store bought goodies. Only an occasional pizza shop pizza, other than that I make my own food from scratch, cept wheat sandwich bread.
I still eat sweets, but make them myself. Just basic ingredients, no additives, preservatives, ect
I've lost weight 284lbs - 180, ( after 2nd heart attack )then settled back into my normal weight before I got married 225lbs. Put on about 10 pounds while being off work since Christmas. Nothing to do but sit around smoke weed and fight off the urge to snack on shit.
I'm getting too old N sore to want to drag my ass out on a frozen lake, or jump bunnies, while crashing thru a briar patch, in a foot of snow.
Golden years my ass.!! That was back n our twenties, early thirties
These are the corrosive years. Everythings leaking and falling apart. Can't even trust a fart anymore.![]()

I quit crack cold turkey, back in late 80s. After that, I knew it was all about will power.I turn 60 in a couple days. Two years ago I was 280 woke up one day and said it's time to build a better me. Got my biggest assist by quitting drinking. Didn't do a 12 step or anything for that and didn't take any medication to lose the weight. Didn't really get into an exercise kick either. I cut fast food mostly out of protest, $19 for a combo at Carl's Jr fuck that. Switched from drinking soda to flavored water and the rest happened through intermittent fasting. Now I weigh 180 and anytime I'm on my feet I'm mumbling to myself, wow I really have a spring in my step. At the end of the day it's about deciding what's important to you, because if it's important enough, you won't give any related suffering involved a second thought no matter how addictive a personality you have. I am living proof it is possible.
So... Is it important enough to you? And for what it's worth, five days of alcohol withdrawal was much horrifyingly worse for me than two years of almost constant hunger pains.
