Blueberry Muffin grow in 4x4

What I've smoked of it, it tastes like it smells. If ya run some butter on your lips, you'll swear you ate one, too. 😋

I kept them in a glass of water inside a big ziplock bag. I think moisture just evaporated into the bag making the leaves mushy. Yeah I let them dry out by that vent. Hopefully now that I wrapped the stem in damp paper towels they’ll be preserved longer. Either way I’m only planing to keep a few I do have a lot seeds I’d like to pop.
I once kept them 10wks in the fridge they were only put in a bag then into the drawer, when I removed them they were still viable but idk how much longer they'd have lasted, mould wasn't the issue the biggest problem I'd say was dehydration judging from the feel/look, they perked up with heat and soft light.

After my try or maybe during it I read spaghnum moss is the go to it's water + inhospitable to moulds, microbes etc I've not tried it I can't comment on its actual use but you can check it out if it interests you.

I’ll have to try out just taking a few cuts and setting them in a bag. That sounds way better than this water causing humidity and mold issues.

Are you saying a little peat moss instead of a wet paper towel might be a better alternative?

That blueberry cupcake is looking good I bet it’s smelling nice. Making me want to order more seeds from them.

Hey bro they're lovely plants!
I read that like the moss was getting used as a blanket of protection, what you're suggesting would certainly be worth a try peat moss is microbialy active.

Looking great! Newbie here. What is the hanger in your tent for?
Hey sorry for the late reply. I have an inline fan sucking air in and another blowing air out. Tent walls get sucked in a little from it so the hangers kind of stop it from pushing on my plants.

I’ll have to give it a try. I pulled them out yesterday to let the bags dry out. I set em in a cup of water by the windowsill. They all wilted and died. Honestly I’m a little relieved. I’ve got 3 other plants in 2x4 flowering and 6 more plants vegging. I want to run this bbm strain outdoors this season so I think I’ll be better off doing seeds instead anyway. Get that extra taproot for a better yield anyway.

I know a lot of people like to keep clones as backup but I feel like I’m gonna turn into a plant hoarder and make all my plants suffer. Made that mistake last year and growing kind of lost the fun.

Been hang drying 5 days. Got them in paper bags sweating. Seen it recommended by grove bags and seen tons of growers on this form doing it. So far so good. Buds smell amazing rn nice and sticky too.

First plant I harvested hung dry about 5-6 days then bucked them off the stems once humidity was reading 65-70% and put into to paper bags to sweat for another 2-3 days. Got to 55% humidity then into grove bags.

Taste is absolutely amazing nice blueberry muffin flavor. Someone made a comment on here saying all you need to do is put butter on your lips and you’ll have the complete bakery experience lol. Now I know what they mean haha.

Front plant and back right plant were the next to go down about 5 days later. These have been drying about 5 days. Getting these ready to sweat in some bags today.

Had to shuffle some my coco plants in the 4x4 for a minute I got a little assembly line going rn. But finally harvested that back left bbm yesterday. Along with that auto in the front left. Side note I absolutely despise coco, autos, and white label genetics. I have nothing against anyone growing that style but I’m so over mixing nutes and hitting plants 2-3 times a day. Never again lol.

Last bbm that had a purple/black fade. Every plant averaged 4 ozs of tops 4 ozs of trim/popcorn. We’ll see how fast I’ll smoke it all before I start digging out the smalls lol. Amazing bud first full organic grow best dry and cure I got yet. Played around with lotus method, herbsnow dryer, never again sticking with traditional 60/60 here on out.
