Take clones, finish grow, grow keeper clone, reverse the clone???Tossing up whether I'll reverse one of em.
For the time being I got fuck all space and organisation so I'm just restocking from the 3 pack freebies I've got en masse.Take clones, finish grow, grow keeper clone, reverse the clone???
True, we use millilitres and litres officially, but as someone else mentioned when it comes to growing I use cups and tablespoons etc. I think we only converted in the early 80s, so still lots of us thinking in imperial measurements, pretty much the same as US except for the odd thing. But canadians and americans use ml don't they?
Thanks man and i agree on thatBack to 12/12, I’m seeing some awesome pics here, you guys are doing good work![]()
.
Nice man! What size is that?Hey guys I hope everyone is well?

I turned off the heater and dimmed the light to hopefully slow things down and it seems to have worked idk how long but it's been fricken agesbut they're not anything like flowering bar maybe a few pistils.
I've lost a couple along the way, well I've set them back far enough they can't possibly make the start but they're maybe salvageable with time

After 24hrs ^^^
it's cherry poppers so I might keep them aside for the next time they'll not be in the way.

I've had a closer look I've still got some decent clones ready to go and two favourite mums prime for cloning, I could just flower the mum but I think cloning is the best option for bigger buds, by the time I get the other's on track they'll have rooted?
Oh I've got ahead of myself there reason for celebration at my place

In the last week or so it's picked up and seems to be growing normally now

The other one I found is still alive but there's been very little progress.
@defective hey bro it's a 8x4ft, it's bigger than I need.
I'm intending to use about half for growing and the other rest for the heater, dehumidifier etc, cloning, tying and general messing around, with my 5x5 I kept space for me to get in with tea and a joint so now I'll have room for the kettle and easy chair![]()
12-12 is great and all for high quantity numbers, this is where you really see the gain, you can put 10 plants per 5 gallon pot and when they start to flower which is like 40 days after they germinate you might kill off about 3-4 males if you only want flower, or leave the biggest male if you wanna pollinate, but you’re left with 5 -7 healthy plants in 1 pot. Thanks man and i agree on thatTop 3 favorit tread here. I have to try 12 -12. Probably after next grow.
Yeah i got some time to chose how i can come about it.12-12 is great and all for high quantity numbers, this is where you really see the gain, you can put 10 plants per 5 gallon pot and when they start to flower which is like 40 days after they germinate you might kill off about 3-4 males if you only want flower, or leave the biggest male if you wanna pollinate, but you’re left with 5 -7 healthy plants in 1 pot.
This is much better than 1 gallon pots or smaller because of the frequent water issue.
I have seen great results this way, but I don’t see huge yields per individual plant, then again I don’t scrog hard core like other people I’ve seen.
So my advice would be drop loads of seeds, you can always thin out the less desirable genes!
Trust me, I didn’t see the vision of multiple plants per pot, after enough trials and runs, and seeing all the extra space in the pots, I started trying it and noticed really great results, haven’t turned back since for plants I know will have a short cycle. Anything with like 2 months of veg or more typically get their own pot, unless I’m using a big outdoor 40 gallon grow bag or something, then I’ll happily pop 4-6 big ones plus some companion plants like marigold and basil.Yeah i got some time to chose how i can come about it.
Although i have a hard time imagine 4 - 6 plants in one pot.
But you got a point about the watering. That will be annoying real quick for me. 100%
I was just imagining like 6 plants in 1 x 1 meter and then next to them starting maybe 12 when time is right, like 3 -4 weeks before harvest.
I'm thinking some kind of simple manual ebb and flood tray for the starter pots to spare the watering work.
Then maybe 3 gal pots for the ones i keep to flower?
Any body have some input to that idea?
Nice plantsWhat i don't get @Berniemac .
You want those 4 plant i one of those pots and then that's it? I just can't imagine the room full like that.
These pots are 18 liters but i feel i put more like 30 liters in them. Around 23 liters soil and 7 liters clay pebbles.View attachment 2629896
Were these plants switched to 12/12 lighting from seedling? Or did they have veg time? What i don't get @Berniemac .
