I was potting tomato plants and this character was sheltering behind the bags of compost.

Spiders give me the heebie-jeebies but he's a handy guy to have around

I had a 16ft Coulum for a number of years i used for drifting set up with a drogue

That photo above was taken at sunrise from the river bank, I was getting ready to pack up i'd been fishing since darkness and had a memorable night.

There's nothing better fishing down there in darkness puffing on a big joint it's primal

If you're allowed trolling in your part you'll be able to catch dinner when moving from A to B

Jig bait's, spoons, toby etc the well established fish catchers cast out the back of the boat and towed along

I once did a 30 meter drop troll by canoe on a lake in the UP. 2 lb zinc ball and a Erie Dearie 100 feet down.

Found em at 35 feet, walleye. Feeders for the giant Musky that we gave up on due to sunny weather.
Kinda like market fishing at that point but it did help find the fish.
