Possibly. Are you using the manufacturers recommendations for light intensity and height?

I was feeling frustrated today and found this video and it helped me a lot. Even though things may seem bad, give your guts. Cultivate peace and happiness. Close your eyes and feel with your hands the light at 4 inches

I have no idea. not too large, they don't produce much heat. Worked well sprouting my other 8 plants. This might be genetics. The other 2 seeds from this batch were messed up, a blind shoot and a bad pop. Usually I don't screw up until I get then outside.
