I've had one hard to get off.
I took a nail clipper and carefully clipped at the point where it was holding together.
Just an idea if it doesn't come off.

Hi, doming seedlings isn't the best idea, they need fresh O2, a drop or 2 of water on the cap will help soften it, repeat 3-4-5 times a day high humidity yes but we dome clones not seedling usually.

I put a drop on the helmet and put the dome back on. I checked it there and the seedling had it almost pushed off it fell off when I touched it. I've the domes off now thanks mate.

That's all 4 Mephisto autos on day one now.
The temperature is 25 degrees and relative humidity is 78%
My marshydro fc-3000 is set to 30% 30 inches above the seedlings.
I'll be just keeping the top of the coco moist with a spray bottle the two in the back dry a bit because of the fan so I'll spray them once a day trying not to wet around the stem.

Day 7 of the grow just a quick update. The seedlings weren't the happiest for the first 4 days. I mixed up a feed ec 0.6 my well water comes in at ec 0.1 and I brought it to ec 0.6 using calmag. After a few hours the seedlings leaves perked up and started growing the first picture is taken now and the second picture was taken on day 4
Temperature got out of control today up to 31 degrees but the seedlings seem unaffected.

Day 14 of the grow and the plants are doing well. My light is 30 inches away from the top of the plants set to 30% on 24 hours a day I'll change this to 20/4 or 18/6 on day 21. My EC is 1.0 at 6.0 ph last feed. I'm only filling the reservoir with 4 litres on the last feed the pots socked up most of this right away and there is about 1 inch of feed setting in the bottom of the aqua valve pots but with my air domes on it should be fine.
7 more days and hopefully I'll see signs of preflower white pistols.

Day 21 of the grow.
I've turned on the autopot system today. I filled the reservoir with 10 liters of canna coco at EC 1.2 and PH 5.6
I've changed my light schedule from 24/0 to 20/4 here's a couple of pictures from today
Let's hope for flower to kick in here sooner rather than later but everything is healthy looking anyway.

Manbearaliencheese starting stretching ahead too so I topped the main stem of that as well yesterday. The butters song in the back right is looking like a very nice plant won't need any training I think she's just starting her stretch now.
This is my tweeks tweek after a quick low stress training by tomorrow she'll have stood straight back up so I'll lst like this everyday to try keep the top of the canopy as even as possible.
The only plant looking a little small is the forum stomper she must be a heavy indica leaning pheno she only just starting to show white pistils yesterday so 6 days behind the rest hopefully she'll stretch alot and give me hugh colas.
