Everything is filing in very nice Tex. Good bud shot never get old..

Here's an update on the backyard bean that could! She's filling in and finishing up, you can see her starting to canabalize (cannabalize ha ha) those fan leaves. Maybe a week left? I'm excited.

Texas those look amazing! You have raised a nice batch of girls there, soon you are going to have super sticky scissors, and I hope you have enough curing jars!

Sputnik, You have a nice looking lady there as well!

Have any of you guys checked your trichs yet? Wondering how close you are?

Keep it up guys, I love the outdoor!

Rocking it again Tex!! If ya need a hand trimming, i'd come out a lend a hand and do some hunting.....haha

Ace, I know my planta are getting close once they start dropping fan leaves and the buds really start to sparkle. I really go off of smell, sparkle, and fan leaf drop. I used to check the trichs but I quit doing it when I lost my loop and have been too lazy or forgetful to get a new one. Once you go through enough cycles you kinda just know when they're done.

Thinking about building a hoop house with rebar and pvc for my entire 20'x15' garden next summer. Where is a good place or website to obtain some super duty clear plastic? Ebay had crap when I searched greenhouse plastic. I need something super thick. Any Suggestions?

Ace

How many mil are you looking for? I think home depot has 3mil clear plastic, maybe 4mil?

Nice job Tex! You inspire me, I should try an outdoor crop, I always thought the variables given by mother nature too hard to overcome, but I look at your plants, and WOW! Looks like dank bud to me! I think your yields are going to be pretty good too! :nod

I got 4 Mil in a 100x10 ft roll to make the cover for the garden, but sometimes it gets super windy here, I cant see 4 mil holding up. I guess the thicker the better. My friend made his mom a hoophouse out of rebar and pvc, looks pretty easy.

Texas.......yes! :banana1sv6:

Next year, we will utilize the NW Colorado region with greenhouses.... Can't wait!!

:pimp:

We finished harvesting yesterday evening, looks like just in time as it might be a wet week in some areas.

'Down and out by Oct 10'

It was a good season, better than last years weather for us. The plants filled out better than we had anticipated they would.

Oh yea, have you ever seen windbreaker fencing? I dunno what it's really called, but it's a bunch of slats in a wooden fence that redirect the wind, typically over what you are trying to protect. I've seen them on peak 9 in breckenridge and out by DIA. put the upside towards the the greenhouse and the down side away from it and it should do the job if wind is your concern

I'm going to run one of these in the greenhouse off of a BBQ type propane tank. CO2 plus heat. I'll see how long I can stretch my harvest!

Here's the last pic of the yard gal, letting me know the dangers of marijuana! ;)
