Just got my clones.... Powdery Mildew!!?? HELP, PICS incl.

Maybe I am mistaken but haven't you introduced plants with PM into your grow room? If so, you might want to do a super big & major clean-up as those spores are everywhere. Just saying...

the ones wilting did they have roots as well? maybe to much water an light all at once..some may recover some may not
7bills for clones..7bills is way to much and they had mold to..id be killing sum1 right now lol

if it were just a few i'd trash them, but ya have a fair number there. too many too trash imo.

It can be done ...but its not easy ...
If anything its good to see that theyre so young...

In order to compleatly eliminate it is by killing it off.. and keeping your conditions ideal for growing..
Keep the temps higher at night ,light off, just to prevent it from coming back...

In order to kill it ... they must be small... you must veg em out a couple weeks...
I put them in the hot sun for a couple weeks... note it must be very hot... perfect weather..
dry hot scorching day ....
And only flower them once you seeen the pm has been gone for 2 weeks before you flower..

If pm creeeps back in the 2 to 3 weeks of flower ...trash them ... your rooms to cold and humid... and infested...

Ive seen it been beat ... and ive failed tryin to beat it before without taking these pecausions...
If anyhting once i see infection the clones are immediately removed ..and th eroom is cleaned...
The clones will not come back in till there fully recovered....

Its kinda a longshot but achievable...

eagle20 for the win. use it once and its gone forever!

thanks for the insight, believe me if this was a permenant set-up inside theni would have definately trashed them and made my own clones from mother, but as for these guys, theyre going to be planted outside in the next 3 weeks!! i sprayed them with a similar product to Eagle20, all pm has dissapeared for the moment, not signs of stunting them either!

Just dealt with pm my last big grow shit was a pain in the ass.... I started from clones and seeds and hit em with eagle 20 and im kicking ass once again no pm anymore....
Make sure you spray em now! While in veg! Eagle20 is systematic!

Oh man, what a bitch! That really sucks that you paid big $$$ and got sick plants. There should be some bad karma heading someones way for that! DO you have an indoor grow? If so, I don't know how you can be careful enough to not contaminate. Sometimes its better to just eat the loss and spare the rest of the grow. Good luck!

i hit them with the baking soda and water mix twice, no apperant signs of the pm, and im hitting them with Eagle20 tomorrow to get rid of it once and for all.
the clones have been under 2 x 150 watt CFLs now for 5 days, theyve grown maybe an inch and a half? you think theyl boot it into gear within a week? i started giving them the van der zwaan root excelerator and BCUZZ A and B formula! try and get them to 18 inches before they go outside!

No i dont have an indoor grow, if i did, i would have definately trashed them and i woulda made my own clones if that was the case...

happy growin! temperatures are heating up around my parts finally, its been a steeady 80 degrees the last couple weeks. hopefully it stays like this for another 3 months!!!

just read your last post and saw it. baking soda.... thats my jam!! my mint gets bad coming out of winter, so i use water/baking soda/dish soap. works great!! i also spray the pot and top of the soil too with it, just to make sure.... i also have crape myrtles that get pm too and it works good on those as well.

i didnt use dishsoap, read a few articles saw if you use just a bit extra baking soda like 1.5 - 2 teaspoons per litre your good. i didnt think to spray the pots though........ f*ck thats gonna be alot of work !!!:confused: itll be worth it in the end!
