So I'm starting to see a couple tips of the leaves turning a brown color and I'm not sure what to think of this. Nute deficiency or too many nutes in soil or root rot?? I'm not sure, growing in soil not hydro.

Today I have noticed that my seedling has white tips on one of the cotyledon leaf and one tip of one of the first set of true leaves. I am wondering if it is because my grow light was too close to the plant?? Or was it because of the tap water I am using has chloride in it?? I dont own a test...
