I was trying to sex my plant, and manhandled it a bit too much and think I ripped one of its pre flowers/pollen sacs (I cant quite tell yet) and I was wondering if I sould just leave it alone and it'll be ok or if I need to keep a closer eye on it now?

Took it out from under the light to sex and durimg the time I was check it suddenly began heavily drooping also started noticing curling tips and browning. WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED?? I believe its either over or underwatering, I jist can figure out which. Please please help me people.
