Just purchased this light and was wondering how high above the top of your plants do you have your lights during flower? I'm currently at 24 inches and getting a solid 40 to 50,000 lux but I've been told 18 inches is better. I don't wanna stress my autos out or end up with light burn...

anybody ever seen this before or know what these are?

Should I be concerned with their lack of height? Btw they are roughly 4 weeks old.

New grower here and my question is at what point do you just leave the sugar leaves on the buds or fo you just trim them all off regardless? I attached a video for reference...thanks any advice or tips is highly appreciated!!
