Honest opinion... will these toot or not???

I have taken some cuts and kept them in a humidty dome. The lighr is a 10000k lumen light fluorescent tubes. Some of the leaves have yellowed but majority of all the cuttings are green and look healthy. It has been 8 days but they have not rooted.... why ?? There is about 5 different strains...

This my first grow after two years im so glad to be back growing again. My last grow my friend tried to rob me and police got involved. So i got shutdown.. whish me luck
