I think you don't have a problem with the media you grow in but the feed you're giving your plants. maybe do a bit more research on what the plants need throughout their whole growth cycle?

no need for RO water with coco if your tap isn't completely shit

add 0.2ec calcium and see if that fixes it. i run about 0.5ec of calcium alone in flower

if your runoff ppm's rise the coco is drying too much during night time try to feed the plants like 2h before lights off with runoff and you should be good.

like 2 bigger feeds to get the media moisture to 60% 2h after lights on if youre using straight coco (coco can hold 63% water before you see runoff.) then set those 2 feeds to when your moisture levels are at around 55% stop at 2h before lights off. overnight dryback during most of the plants...
