The seedling hasn’t popped through the soil yet, it’s been 24hrs. Should I let the soil surrounding the seed dry before I wet it or should I keep it wet/damp at all times? Thanks for any advice!

Soil temp is 72F, ambient temp is 75F, give or take 5 degrees. Edit: I do have the ability to adjust humidity and temperature if need be.
