I would have to say that I agree with Hash man it sounds like the hash contained too much water when you pressed it, consequently it then went mouldy which is why it has turned white and gone mushy, shame that.

I see that some users here put there plants into darkness for 48 hours prior to harvest, always done this myself as I found that it helps trichome development. Always preferred hung dried buds myself, hanging them seems to dry them more evenly.

I've never liked rockwool much, horrid synthetic stuff which makes me itch abit like asbestos. I like them Jiffy 7's myself, had a very good success rate with them quite sure they are organic as well which makes them a lot easier to dispose of as opposed to rockwool products.
