why so much fade so early? I find if I do not keep the strains I'm running extremely green thru week 7 (strains that are done anywhere from 8 to 9 weeks) they just do not turn out quite as potent, I can't get that sort of fade that early without a drop off in overall potency & I get less...

ya same here 2' can be too close, its even worse with multiple fixtures, I have to get them a good 26" to be safe if not 28 inches or more (I have 3 HLG set ups & 1 chilled logic/Growma5 4 puck 320 watt fixture. I can run the 2 260xl set ups I have a little closer tho

It works with some strains, I have played with it... it really does not work well with heavy indica leaning strains but seems to work a lot better with sativa leaners, the more sativa the better it works IMO

As much as I love Gene his defoliating method is overkill, his grows are good but not the best, even he says it doesn't work with some strains. and I have never seen any results from his that makes me think "OH I must defoliate". His #'s are ok & he grows for extract not for bud so he is not...

I was just messing with ya man.. the technique works with some strains & it absolutely does not work with some strains & that is fact. You will find out which one you have in a couple months. Look forward to seeing the progress updates over the weeks
