My plants are still doing okay, but they have been looking more and more unhealthy the past 2 days. Anybody know what's up? I think the pellets are staying too moist

Today marks one week since my seedlings have sprouted, they are slowly but surely making progress. I still feel like they're a little small, most of the plants I've seen are normally a little bit bigger at this stage or at least look a bit healthier.

Okay maybe I exaggerated the title, but does anybody know what's up with this little one? It's had 3 little leaves since it sprouted, and I figured it would do fine but tomorrow marks 1 week and it's made minimal to no progress in the past 4 days.

My seedlings have been doing great and they still seem to be fine, but this morning the edges of the first leaves are turning yellowish/crispy. Might be fine, just wanted to make sure. The temp has been staying 72-78 and 45-60% humidity. I have them on a 20/4 hour light schedule.

This is my grow space for the sproutling/early veg stage. I'm worried about the lighting being too strong for this small of a space. The light is 1200w. The sproutlings are doing great, just feel like the light might be overboard. But it's the only grow light I have, do you think it should work...

My sproutlings are 2 days old. Took 48 hours to germinate seeds, and they sprouted in jiffy pellets overnight. Humidity stays between 45-50% and temp stays between 76-82. It's my first grow and it's on a budget, does anyone have advice or recommendations for a new grower? I'll appreciate any...
