Great - this pretty much answers all my questions. After asking the fan question, I realized it would be most likely really hot in the tent, so turning the fan on will be required most likely. I also have a humidifier and a separate humidity gauge...I'll try to get environment good with those...

Would you put them under the light immediately after putting in soil, or wait until they sprout?

Last year for my first grow, I grew two lovely plants about 5 ft tall each in 25 gallon smart (fabric) pots, it was great. I used Pro-mix HP (white bag) as it was recommended by a lot of people. Although this combination worked great and provided a great product, I think it could have been...

    Seedlings worth keeping?

Ok, time to be truthful! I made a new grow box this year and put it in my basement and was not used to the conditions in it. Are my seedlings dead?

Hey everyone, Thanks for the advice! What I have done so far was give it a reasonably good mist as the soil was definitely dry and unplugged the fan for the passive intake. I think it was just drawing in air too much and drying everything out. On top of that, I am giving it 4 hours of...

Humidity is REALLY low...

    Are my seedlings dead?

Also, any advice what to do at this stage? Do I cover them up with soil again to let them pop out? Leave them without lights for a while? Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance

    Are my seedlings dead?

I put them under light immediately after germination bc I couldn't find a definitive answer as to what to do. They have been under light for a good 24 hours (I wanted to follow the 24-0 schedule). i now think I have killed them - thoughts? any way in reviving?
