This might be made for people that live in hot climates and have water temp problems. No pumps to heat the res. Keeping the loop setup...just cutting it down to the shortest run possible. If I remove the line that leaves no circulation and a whole in both buckets....

Did you use recirculating kit and how many buckets did you run? Does 8 pack come stock with kit or is it an add on?

Update: RO machine working @ 60psi under regular tap pressure. 0 ppm. 950gph will not scrub water properly.

Nice set up! Might do the first run with tap water while I figure out this booster pump. town water is running 110 ppm so I should be okay. Starting a thread about my grow soon. maybe see you there:)

I want to mount the RO machine to the rain barrel I modified for water source. I don't have a main supply near the grow so the barrel will be where I take the water to scrub. That's why I'm having pump problems. Heres the set up. Water doesen't need to go far. Cheers

I fully agree, even at a high pressure it should still read psi. Colour coded so it's pretty straight forward. The new pressure gauge is a bigger thred size so that will have to wait. Here's some pics of unit

Does the 3 part flora series have B1 vitamin already? Anyone know if General hydroponics has a similar brand to this? Will it hurt the 4 plants in bubble buckets if I run the flora series and hydro-thrive in the same feeding program?

How many psi is a typical garden hose? hooked it straight up to that and still nothing. I need to produce 32 gallons of RO water every 10 days. I'm going to slow down the pressure and see if that lowers ppm. I'll report back with results. I never thought of the power going out...any good links...

I had a little giant hooked straight to the system. Gave me around 15psi. Tested the clean "RO" water and it was @ 115 ppm, same ppm with the waste water. Do I need to hit a higher psi for the membrane to seperate particles properly? I also replaced the lower sediment and carbon filter. Would...
