Go to dollar store and buy some bars of Irish Spring soap. Put that out around your plants (not too close so the chemicals wont come into contact with the roots when it washes away during rain). The deer will smell it from a mile away and stay clear.

Thanks! I've been using those to top dress with and in compost teas so far. Along with some seed sprout teas. I was looking to add in some seagull or bat guano or maybe some feather meal. Something high in phosphorus.
