Back at it after a while

Took a bit of a break but jumping back in. Running 2x Holy Punch in a 2x4 tent in my metal carport shed. Will be using a knockoff QB 240W LED with Happy Frog and the FF Trio. My last grow was about a year ago and was successful with a Bubba Kush with the same setup. Lost half my bud to mold...

    First Auto Grow…not so hot

Environment typically stays around 80 degree and 60% humidity. Feeding according to Fox Farm schedule. I started out feeding 1/4 strength and worked my way up to full strength. Light schedule is 18/6.

    First Auto Grow…not so hot

First time having some success growing Autos. Tall one is Pineapple Express and the other is a G14. Planted in Happy Frog and feeding the FF Trio + Calimagic. Pineapple Express is yellowing pretty bad it seems. Just watered them both so the G14 will perk up. Any ideas on the yellowing?

    Post dry results....good and bad

Yea I had a fan and my filter fan running to move the air around. I had some really dense colas. That coupled with the high humidity and inconsistent environment I think did them in.

    Post dry results....good and bad

We had a lot of up and down weather so I did struggle to keep the environment stable. I dried in a tent in a metal garage basically, same place as my grow tent. Two separate tents. By the time I got it consistent it was probably 65-70%. Definitely not ideal. I think I will try to move it inside...

    Post dry results....good and bad

Also, my RH inside the jars is only 48%. Should I still be curing? If so, for how long? Thanks.

    Post dry results....good and bad

Finished drying and here’s what we’ve got. Second pic is good stuff about to start curing. First pic is what was lost to DANG MOLD!!!!! Lesson learned. From now on, I will be breaking them down and putting on drying racks. No more hanging up for me.

Week 6 Flower Check In time

Got her chopped down and hanging up. Trimming is a CHORE lol. Finally got done about 2AM this morning. Looks like a halfway decent yield to my rookie eye, but we shall see once the dust settles. Some nice looking colas though! And it smells fantastic! (And yes I know it was a lazy trim, had work...

Week 6 Flower Check In time

For curing, does it have to be mason jars? Can it be old pickle jars or jelly jars? As long as they are all cleaned out of course. And that they don’t smell like pickles lol

Week 6 Flower Check In time

And I have a fan circulating in the tent for air movement and going to click the filter fan on tonight to take out some humidity and get more air moving.

Week 6 Flower Check In time

Only reservation I have is there are still white hairs sticking straight out that haven’t darkened or receded in yet. Makes me think there is still time. I’m trying to hit the sweet spot(as I’m sure we all are lol).
