I have a Hlg 600rspec so that might have something to do with them taking longer than expected. I am going to get a light with some blue in the spectrum for seedlings and veg. Some of my plants get really stretchy because of the rspec.

That was the other con I just thought of. If your bottom feeding in say coco coir your nutrients are not getting flushed out with the runnoff like they would with hand watering from the top. The only thing I could think to combat this Is to water at least one time a day from the top until...

The only con I see with the Autopots is the bottom feed and your dependent on the feed wicking up the media.

That's what I did with my last plant . Put it in 1 gallon pots in coco. And I had the most growth in 2 weeks that I have ever had. This is 2 week old Mephisto auto STH
