If im using 5 gal pots should i water 2-2.5 instead of 1-1.5 gals?

Had someone on FB say that since there is peat moss in the medium if i dont water more frequently the ph will drop, he reccomended i add perlite to my bag of coco loco and feed more freauently.

Fighting some rootbound issues using 5 gal fabric pots. Also the hairs started turning orange pretty early not sure why maybe due to much wind? My ph is okay. Roughly week 5 and transitioning to 6.

Hey aqua, so i've managed to fix my IR thermogun, i used it and my leaf surface temps are 78 in some spots, 79, and 80, not sure if this is something i need to work on, maybe some more air flow will help? I also calculated my VPD its at 1.4, i see you posted 1-1.4 for late veg early flower...

Nah you are totally right man, and it really doesnt seem to difficult to do if i use a IR thermometer every 12 hours and log my temp/humidity and calc the vpd with the method you posted it was really informative, and i'll follow it best that i can, the optimal leaf suface temperature is 78°F right?
