When I've looked at insulation i can't find any that are R-19 .. I found one that said R-Value: 43m2K/W Will that be okay?

It'd be 1.5m,2.2m,2.0m and I was planning on using 4 gn telos 0008s which are 240w each.

Thanks for the advice.. here it's around 32F on average in winter some times lower. In Sumner it gets upto around 80F. That's why I want to make sure it's properly insulated.
