Yea i know of this method but ...its less then ideal , major stress and recovery time, reduced yields and likley hermie the strain after a few runs . id like to have new plants in week 3 veg by time i drop my current girls ideally .

Id be surprised if that amount of time without light was negative, some peoole extend dark period on purpose for days towards end ... better to dark then to light !

It looks fine if its not an auto ! Id say water at 300-400ppm base nuts and calmag no runoff needed yet , id bet a soaking every 3 days would be fine . Better to have wet and dry periods to let roots breath . Id recommend ph ur feed water at 6.2

I have the mars tsl 2000 and its been great so far 🤘 I usually dont go for run off until flower thats just me . I know others may diss agree . Water by weight is a great skill to hone ! Iv been recommended 6.2ph by a few ppl . I dont know a tone about fox farm but ur plants look healthy .
