    Rotted/Damped off Clone Failure

Hi all. So I took a lot of cuttings for clones. Prepared them, rooting hormone, etc. Approx two days later was speaking to a guy who showed me how he "scarfed" them with a razor blade to get a better rooting response. I went home and decided because the cuttings were still fresh it wouldn't...

    Leaves canoeing but otherwise healthy

I've experienced mites in the past so just in case I've sprayed them with Verdex. I scoped a bottom leaf but couldn't see anything sinister. I'll keep a close eye out though!

    Leaves canoeing but otherwise healthy

I've moved the plant locations around the tent to see if that could be the issue, thanks for the suggestion. Good eyes, I'd just added a couple of plants and the repotted soil had fallen off. I've given them a light brush off.

    Leaves canoeing but otherwise healthy

Thanks for the reply. Have adjusted both light and fan for the reasons you mentioned. Funny thing is its only affecting 3 of the 7 and they are all together. Will adjust the light again and see where it takes us. Cheers

    Leaves canoeing but otherwise healthy

Raising big bud and early skunk mothers. Half of both types are canoeing for some reason but otherwise growing. Also have a critical mass seedling doing the same. Lack of consistency is puzzling. Canna terra pro medium, canna nutrients, ph was a bit low for all of them at 5.5-7 but raised that...

    Mite Identification Please, Thank You

Thanks for the reply, much appreciated. These are just clones being overwintered. These were going to be mother plants for the upcoming outdoor season. Have started to use a commercial insecticide so hoping this gets them.....

    Mite Identification Please, Thank You

Can't find a definitive ID in Google images. Look like two spotted mites perhaps but have very long legs or appendages.

    Broad mite ID please, thanks

It's just a clone, those white things are the hairs on the underside of the leaf so the bug is in fact quite tiny. No possible way to see with the naked eye and in fact I lost sight of it when it crawled under the leaf hairs.

    Broad mite ID please, thanks

It claims to be 1000x but I doubt it. A cheapish wifi scope. However that's the underside of a very small leaf. The scope is good enough to show the tiny hairs on the leaf.

    Broad mite ID please, thanks

Hi all. Video of what I suspect is broad mite. Next question, if so how do I make them die? Thanks

Weird callousing/hardening of leaves and tops

I know right. Wondering whether it has been attacked by mites?

Weird callousing/hardening of leaves and tops

Thanks Thanks for the reply. It's quite possible that this cutting was from a clone that was brought in from outside a bit late and had reverted to your monster cropping comment is very observant. The medium is canna professional and I'm quite careful about overwatering so I'm not sure that...

Weird callousing/hardening of leaves and tops

Clones are under a 24hr 600w led light. Coming in to winter here so have a small heat pad to introduce a bit of warmth but temperature has been fluctuating a bit. Had a similar issue with some pre-season clones last year, just some of them though, the leaves get a waxy look and harden and the...

Nutrient driven PH and Up and Down solutions

Hi all. When i follow the Canna nutrient guide to mix nutrients I end up with an extremely acidic reservoir. For example: water is 6.5 PH but this has dropped as low as 3.5 after nutrient dose is added. I could then use PH Up to bring the PH level to an acceptable level or I could reduce...
