Looks to be over watering. Possibly switch pots to the fabric style. This will help you on over watering. Excess runs out easier and the fabric will help with soil airation. I have had good luck with the 5 gallon fabric pots. Going 5 days without watering would indicate to me of poor drainage...

It depends on the strain. Some like warm climates. 84 is a little high on most I have grown. I am comfortable with it getting as high as 81 but like to keep it at around 76. For BD which is what I am growing this round. Humidity around 45% during flowering but as high as 60% during flowering.
