Best flooring ideas for grow room

I would suggest something reflective as in the case of all grow tents. I looked at the site you provided and it looks like it's black. Apologies if that's not the case. My suggestion is to google "reflective material for grow tent." Here's an example...

    Newb to tent growing

My pleasure. For veg I use Cali-Pro A and B and Emerald Goddess. I also use Cal-Mag. Root Wizard is good to use when you get those girls in a larger pot, for the first 2 weeks. For bloom I use their Bloom A and B, Emerald Goddess, King Kola and Honey Chrome. Just follow the instructions...

    Newb to tent growing

I agree that you need to measure the ph of the water each time you feed, which may explain the problem you are having. Normally a ph between 5.8 - 6.3 is recommended, but everyone has an opinion about the right ph. I also saw you mentioning that you are not using nutrients. I've done about 10...

    My first grow second half

Beautiful buds! My first grow was a train wreck since I didn't invest in the right equipment, but learned a lot. Can you share some information about your light source? What strain are you growing?

Growing with emerald harvest 3 part .

Sorry I did not see your forum sooner. I've probably done less grows than you- 10 total, all indoors. I tried a lot of nutrients from different companies and found that Emerald Harvest works best for me. I just follow the instructions and add/change per their feed chart. I now only use their...

I'm starting to like this indoor growing

Congrats on your recovering and beating it. I’m actually the opposite- been growing indoors for the past10 grows, and now trying a plant outside. I use a 4 x 4 tent and normally plant 6 ea 3 gallon pots with an abundant harvest. I was wondering what type of light source you settled on for...

    Tight Buds- Indoor vs Outdoor

Thank you again. Any recommendations you can give me for lights?

    Tight Buds- Indoor vs Outdoor

Thanks again. If I could ask one more question- you mentioned "keeping the lighting tuned." Are you using an LED that has adjustments for various stages of growing? I'm using California Lightworks SolarExtreme 500. No adjustments are needed. Just hang it 24" above during veg and 18" during...

    Tight Buds- Indoor vs Outdoor

Thanks for your reply. Your buds are very impressive and I also believe RH is very important. I have my tent in the garage and I struggle with using the humidifier or the dehumidifier during the grow process. I also know that RH decreases in the final weeks of flowering, which may be my...

    Tight Buds- Indoor vs Outdoor

Hi farmers. I've been an indoor grower for the past 10 grows and am trying to raise a plant outside this year. So far, so good. One of the things that I've struggled with during indoor grow is to achieve tight buds like you buy at the dispensary. Most of the times they are firm, but not...

    First grow update

Very nice results so far for your first grow. My first one was a train wreck. Looks like you invested in the right equipment which was my mistake. I like the fabric parts. I started an outdoor grow for the first time and am using the fabric pot.

    First grow update

To answer your question, they look very healthy. My follow up questions: - What strain is it? - You mentioned you are at 5 weeks 3 days. Did you start with seeds or did you plant clones? How many weeks were they in vegetative? I am asking because they are shorter than a lot of plants I've...

    Having a problem with seedling??

Sounds right. Everyone in this site has opinions and I respect the opinions from all. It’s all about light, temperature, watering, and nutrients. IMHO, I would at least consider cal-mag. It looks like you are at the last stage of what’s called a seedling. If you look at the nutrient bottle...

    Having a problem with seedling??

Assuming your are planting indoors, how many hours of light is it getting and how close to the plant are the lights? you should start adding some nutrients. I use Cali-pro Grow A and B and some cal-mag at this stage of growing.

Thanks again for your inputs. Very much appreciated. Who knows, I may opt for outdoor instead of indoor.

Going from Indoor to Outdoor Growing

Thanks again neighbor. I'm South of you, also in the Central Valley. Sorry, just one more question. When did you start flowering? Since I'm an indoor farmer, my thoughts are that you start in the Fall, but on a flowering that takes 8 - 9 weeks, I would imagine you would want to start sooner...

Going from Indoor to Outdoor Growing

I’m not too far away from you. Thanks for the info. We’ve been having a lot of rain and cold weather, so June makes sense. 30 or 40 gallon pots. Wow! They must get pretty big, which is what I’m looking to accomplish. So you don’t do any protection such as a screen over the plants? Thanks...

Going from Indoor to Outdoor Growing

Hi farmers. For the past 8 grows, I have used a tent indoors (actually in my garage) with soil. I live in an area that has dry, hot summers, often exceeding 100 degrees at times. In order to avoid high heat in the garage, I start planting either in the Fall or Winter. I have a plant that‘s...
