Athena ipm root drench worked great for knats for me. Wettable sulphur is such an underrated but great ipm also

Yeah I've seen a particular disease with similar tbh too but I had this exact same thing I see here with a tray I forgot to take domes off and bever seen again. It would be on the mother's if on the cuts toy would think really though 🤷‍♂️

It's more than likely just humidity issues. Not burping the domes, leaving stagnant condensation on the lids instead of wiping or rinsing them regularly

I'd strongly suggest a good bleach soak given the way HLVD is destroying many crops and is spread so easily 👌🌱🌲

Personally only keep them a number of runs and replace. Bleach bath and then washing machine in between the runs up to point of replacement. Much less hassle than losing a whole crop 👌

I can pretty much guarantee its moisture issues after a few more tests leaving more foliage on some trays, not on others and leaving more foliage but not leaving vents and lids on as long. The ones with less foliage were fine, the ones with more but taking opening vents and lid sooner were 95%...

I would personally say this is simply either over watering or over spraying the cuts too often. Try and spray the dome only, not the cuttings. I've had this problem the last 3 runs. I had started leaving extra node leaves on the lowers to see how they went as always look pretty cool with more...
