Ok so i was in the garden earlier having a look at my ladies when i noticed a tiny fly like creature on one of my plant's. I started to turn over the top layer of soil and a few of them flew out, Anyone know what these are? and how i can get rid of them? My medium's biobizz soil n i'm in week 1...

Hey farm, so im on my first grow ive got 7 plants growin in biobizz all-mix soil. Ive noticed alot of purple in the leaf stems and main stem is this normal or is it a deficiency? Many Thanks
