Bottom of stem loosing bark, is my plant sick?

Alrighty, I know it hasn't been a week but here's a little progress report. I've actually yet to put anything on it yet. But she's thriving, so ✊ I'll probably give it a squirt of the AG this evening. Video 1 displays growing parameters & unaffected plant. Video 2 displays plant in question, but...

    I guess I'm officially a farmer now.

    Congratulations brothaman!

Bottom of stem loosing bark, is my plant sick?

Okay well shoot, I already have the Physan 20. Should I hold off if the plant looks healthy and I've dried up the area, and wait to get the AG Southern? I'd rather go as natural as possible. If they had chelated organic hydroponic nutrients, I'd buy those too if I could. edit ehhh, I only spent...

Bottom of stem loosing bark, is my plant sick?

Thank you all for your input. I picked up some Physan 20, and increased air flow. Fortunately, they're exposed to fresh air constantly. I'll do the aluminum foil covers over pods, and port that houses ph down line/thermometer/pump. I really want to keep this plant, as it has had a great smell...

    Shall I wrap it anything?

Bottom of stem loosing bark, is my plant sick?

Okay, I think I'm going go with getting the Physan. Seems safe to use. Then I'll wrap it with honey. I'm afraid the peroxide may be too powerful and do further damage after further thought.

Bottom of stem loosing bark, is my plant sick?

What do you suggest I disinfect it with? Will Peroxide work? & Suggestions on the artificial bark? I believe the purple on the leaf is just due to the lights/camera fortunately.

Bottom of stem loosing bark, is my plant sick?

Or I guess, from what you said it doesn't really sound like there's any bacterial or fungal issue that will affect the plants health, but as long as I don't see anything like that on the bud it should be good to go if it can survive it's stem rot?

Bottom of stem loosing bark, is my plant sick?

Well, Thursday the ice probe is going in, and my temps will be optimal. Should be low enough to keep any bad guys from forming. The Aerogarden definitely wasn't designed for cannabis, but I see no difference in this DWC versus the next, other than size and design. The Aerogarden pumps that...

Bottom of stem loosing bark, is my plant sick?

I'm thinking, if I can achieve 65°F or less, it will eliminate these issues of fungus and bacteria. I just really don't want to start all over again. My taller plant appears to be fungus free, and has no foot rot.

Bottom of stem loosing bark, is my plant sick?

I don't want to pull the roots up right now, as I don't have a glove to funnel them back in right now. They looked healthy earlier during the feeding. I don't think light is getting in to the res from the pods personally. I'm not sure how to answer the live vs sterile question. I'm using CES...

Bottom of stem loosing bark, is my plant sick?

The image depicting the lower part of the stem is the picture in question. The plant smells, and looks happy. The roots are not stained any color. Nice off-white. This is my second attempt at a grow. DWC Day 28. Constant 6.0PH 71°F(I know that's running it hot, Ice probe OTW) 1.5 EC 20/4 Auto...

    Adjusting pH in DWC solution

Glad you got it somewhat figured out! I run a very small DWC, and throughout my first grow had countless issues with PH. I bought the Blue Lab PH Controllet, & an Iceprobe, now I can live life outside of the grow room. I'll eventually switch to RDWC when I have more room, now that I've figured...

First time growing - using AeroGarden XL and could use some help

Definintely need to pull the temps down & cut down all excess exposure of light to the water, and add a benifical bacteria. Like I said, its my first grow, and I only grew two plants knowing it would be a challenge/expirement. If they die, I'll come back stronger with the next attempt. Got some...

First time growing - using AeroGarden XL and could use some help

I don't think it has anything to do with my "water mix" being incorrect. If anything, it had to do with the light I was letting into the open ports on my garden. I use distilled water and nutrients that balance out to the correct PPM & PH & temp. Im going to rectify the situation tonight, and...

First time growing - using AeroGarden XL and could use some help

Thank you for your input! I only cleaned the seed pod once/root the other day, and it was only to see if I could remove the nutrient stains. The discoloration came back rather fast due to the tank saturated in that color. As I read more and more, it does not sound like it has any ill-effects so...

First time growing - using AeroGarden XL and could use some help

Note::: I ended up deciding against using my sink water, as it has too much chlorine & contaminants. I heated some distilled water on the stove(i dont use microwaves, for anything) and use the most particulated mister' at my disposal to mist, and carefully rub/massage the roots/seed pod. I'm 99%...

First time growing - using AeroGarden XL and could use some help

I'm only growing two plants at the moment, and I feel you could grow at least 2 in each reservoir(just being conservative). I carefully move them to one reservoir, while I take my empty reservoir to my sink and get down on it once a week during feeding. I'm using CES Bulletproof SI which is a...

First time growing - using AeroGarden XL and could use some help

Hey fellow grower, I am 20 days into my grow using an Aerogarden 24XL. I'm only growing two plants(because it's my first DWC grow). One Auto Fem, one Fem. I'm going to link my first thread, so you can read the information I've provided. Number one rule, change your water:nutrients every 7 days...
