if you already cut the plant down it cannot be pollinated so no worries about spreading pollen unless you have other plants in flower near by

Shes definitely young for transplanting but just be gentle with her the next few days and she should be ok. Shes still standing so that's a plus. I do question that soil tho, it looks very compact, maybe mix in some perlite next time

which light are you using and how close is it and at what percentage? as mentioned the curl can be too much light and the brighter green coloration can also mean that. also just curious but why 50% soil 50% coco? They are for two different types of growing..

likely from the stress of almost becoming root bound and then up-potting one week into flower, if it's just a few seeds that's really not bad at all

I had this happen to three seedlings I just recently popped. Spray with water and let it sit for a few minutes then very carefully use a toothpick to unstick the cotyledon but don't try to open them, just unstick top from bottom. it should open up the rest within a day or two.
