Hi, if you look on the backside of the leaves do you see very tiny black specs, I suspect spider mites? If you are feeding with nitrogen, and its not green, you have a nutrient lock out from too high or low PH. Its not from heat or airflow.

Your right 100% light burn. That's exactly what it looks like. When transitioning to flower the new fast growth from stretch can handle 1000 ppfd. at first you can use about 650 ppfd. When stretch is over you can use 1000 ppfd. I don't think its ferts.
