I have used 20l fabric pots. I used about 2.5l of pebbles in each pot. I didn’t do anything to the coco before starting. But I washed the pebbles (did not check ph) then put my seeds in some water for about 18/24 hours till they popped. Now running my light at about 40% (think it’s a 320w light)...
