I have both but am scared to use jiffy pellots and not sure how to use them. I always used grodan rockwool. Im asking as cacti seeds are very samll and sensitive...even in groadan cubes a few died, almost have the number that popped died. in jiffys would they be better? As its cacti i use...

you could usea smaleer MH or HPS for first two-three weeks of flowering in a sep room. Untill males show etc. then put females under proper setup.. It was an idea i had but i dont grow canna anymore and never got to try it out.

Im not growing canna these days im frowing cacti but have a few bottles of canna flora canna veg superthrive, ozitonic, budlink (silica) and some bottles of PH DOWN. wOULD THESE BE USELESS NOW OF CAN I SPREAD SOME WEAK AMOUNTS AROUND MT GARDEN OF TREES ROSES ETC.. Sory for caps bloody...

thanks i think the insulation should be fine cacti are pretty tough. I guess ill start reading cacti sites more too but still love reading about this stuff..Even collecting the odd bag of killer queen or something for the fridge. hopefully for one day in the future :)
