I work at a hydro store and we sell a good amount of Ideal Airs. I've only seen one customer have an issue with them. I personally own a 36kbtu 15 seer. Now it's certainly not the best type of unit but for the price, and the fact that you don't need a tech to install it, it's a pretty good buy...
What do you think of that Jedi Kush? I have a pack that I haven't popped yet. I also have the original Deathstar so I don't really need a pheno leaning that way...
Did you get any sfvog leaning cuts and what did you think about them?

As far as the topic of this thread, I flush my plants for 3-5 days with molasses and a week with straight water, not ph'ed. I look for a nice fade on my leaves. I have no scientific proof that this is good or bad, it's just the way I've been doing things and I always enjoy consuming the plants...
I've been looking at buying some of www.Buildasoil.com 's living soil mix. They use this in their blend. They are also claiming really high quality materials in their products so I would think that would make this oly mountain one of the higher quality composts.
No anecdotal evidence yet though.
When you say ceiling grids, is it going to be something like a drop ceiling? Do you have any pictures of what you mean by this?
Thanks so much for sharing this op with us, hopefully this pans out well for you. It seems like you have quite a handle on the situation.

This thread is the reason I joined here. Respect! Thinkin of doin something like this, with 2 stacked sixes In place of thousands. Do you think the 2 cool tubes stacked would be too tall?
Also, what is the benefit to the bottom layer of pearlite? If you can automate...
