It is normal to get very different looking phenos in a pack of seeds, most strains are polyhybrids so there will be a lot of variation. In my mind the thing that seperates good seeds from bad seeds is how many you need to grow to find a plant that resembles the description, and my experience...

I can't remember when I last used a chart, every plant is different so it's much better to look at the plant and use fertilizers based on that, but for someone new to growing it might be safer to use a chart.

The tissue of a plant can tolerate up to 45 degrees celcius before the cells die, so if a plant has enough water it can tolerate room/enviroment temperatures even higher than that as the plant cools down when water evaporates from the leaves.

It looks very sativaish and they just have a bad habbit of getting yellow leaves and generaly a low tolerance to nutrients, so it's almost impossible to prevent it. And judging by the slight clawing of the leaves in the first pictures I would say that if it isn't overwatering or a PH issue, then...
