Last year this time I heard dump trucks driving up and down the road all day and even weekends. This year I've heard about 2 to 3 per week. I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed a drop in their area?

Here's a few pics of my 2011 outdoor grow in Butte County. It's not how tall your plants grow, it's all about a flat, round wide-ass plant that doesn't get hammered in the storms and is super easy to work on.
