Below are a few pictures from a grow journal that a friend of mine did using two Apollo 6 LED grow lights. Pretty impressive for a total of 418 watts in lighting. He harvested just over 400 grams.

For anyone who is buying grow lights I would highly recommend looking into the LED grow lights out there. I will spare you the sales pitch, but they have come a long ways since 2010 and they are all I use for full cycle. If you want more info I would be happy to provide it.

Have you considered using LED grow lights instead? By using just one 209 watt LED grow light over that plants you would see twice the growth rate and nice health bushy plants. From what I know about light spectrum's the CFL light offer very little usable light to your plants.
