Cover the top of the pots with 1/4-1/2" of sand. Its cheap and prevents them from getting into the soil to reproduce.

Update. Changed iponic setting down 8% for my ranges. Humidity still spikes a bit but maxes out at 60% so that should help the last month of F. May lower it even more in coming weeks.

Yesss this is exactly my issue as well. I was running it independently at first, which according to the Anden peeps, it will sample the air for the first 3 minutes and then kick in the compressor if the sample shows higher humidity than set point. Anden told me to hard wire it into my iPonic so...

Thats actually a great idea. Thanks max. I dropped set points by about 8% and even though its still spiking, at least its not hitting high 60's anymore.

Its not frozen- it works. Just heats up the room, spikes humidity, THEN it starts dehumidifying.

I had the same issue a year back. Thought it was PM at first until I looked closely. Its typically calcium build up from non-RO water. Its not going to effect your crop other than the look. It WILL fuck up your equipment though so def get an RO going to your humidifier.

I’m running jacks so veg and flower weeks 2.5-7 are the same jacks 3-2-1 feed. Will have to hand water or make diff mixes only for week 1-1.5 and the last two weeks of flower. Appreciate your input on the zones. I think 3 from the pump will be the way to go.

Whats your humidity level at? Its possible your tent may be way too humid. Also, how far away is your humidifier from your carbon filter? Try to keep them as far away from each other as possible
