What kind of soil is that? Add some perlite to improve drainage, you don't want your dirt all soggy.

Recently all of my grows have been this way. Napkin/paper towel method for germination, straight into fox farm ocean forest, at first they show a little nutrient burn but as soon as the 2nd growth node comes out all goes back to normal
