Yes, for now. My zoning qualifies for testing labs, rec sales and manufacturing. No cultivation. But I think a small grow permit could get a variance without too much hassle. I thought about a rec shop license, but then there would be people hanging out at my house all day.

OK regulations are final. First applications to be accepted by the State on February 24th. Lounges attached to recreational shops are in, although not everywhere due to local controls. $1,000.00 application fee and a $5,000.00 license fee, annually.
