If that's the only plant you have and its producing seeds it's a hermie and I believe that you will have feminized auto flower seeds from her. Like you said you have only found one sees you could be lucky and only have pollinated a specific area of the plant. I would check your trichomes to see...

Check your temps and humidity is in check bud rot is not good and shouldn't be smoked. Sounds like if there is no male you've got a hermie on your case. That way I would carry on for seed for next grow.

Here is a pic of one of my fast and vast plants at 19days she is so short and bushy I hope she gains some height in the coming weeks the smell is quite nice too surprisingly
