I agree, that's usually my thinking, go big or go home, so you don't regret it later. However, I've gotten advice from someone who owns the 8 gal system and grows trees out of it that with the regular 5 to 8 week veg time you simply cannot grow any bigger plants in 13 gal vs 8 gal. So it seems...
