unless your room is super hot, it wont matter whether your seedlings are under hid hps or mh or t5s. they'll grow faster under hids. just use common sense and keep your seedlings a little to the periphery of your garden.

no that';s not right. i dont know what the hell an IWS system is, but i can guarantee you wont get 5 0z per plant indoors. growing indoors, the most important factor is light and not the system.

of course they can handle it... why wouldnt they? the more light the better. dont recommend it though as you will be raising your electricity bill. just give your mothers (and clones) at least 16 hours of light a day so they dont go into flower. and no, clones dont need 24 hours of light.. imho
