Can't say I can help much, being a newbie to all this and all... But I've heard nothing but great things about Strawberry Kush and Grapefruit Diesel, the latter of which I purchased last year off my 'guy' and it completely blew my mind out of my ass!

I assumed you meant for me to buy some seeds of that strain, my mistake! Looking good though, man! Can't wait to see what they look like in late flower

How are yields with that strain? I've heard a lot of purp bud has pretty low yield and long flowering time, not sure if this is true or not.. I've just been looking at some GDP seeds which have caught my interest, though I'm not sure an unexperienced grower like myself would be able to grow it...

Also, if anyone knows of any strains that produce purple buds almost for sure and are on the sweet/fruity side in smell and taste, feel free to let me know! :)

Thanks! :) I was reading very mixed things... Some were suggesting defoliation increases yield/volume and others were saying it was useless, then some were super against it to the point of insulting others o.O So thank you for a respectful, informative post. I will def keep that in mind, though...

Will do, I've always been one to shy away from destorying leaves as I've always been taught to preserve them as much as possible, but in this case even I was wondering if they were of much use anymore... I will remove them right away! :)

Do you mean pull them all off that have the spots on or just the crappy ones? I've noticed some healthy looking ones on the same part as a cruddy one in some places :S

I took some of the more dead/dying leaves off too at the bottom of the plant since they were both starting to go yellow all over even though the spots have almost stopped. Notice the largest leaves towards the top of the plant are kinda making a slight 'V' shape? This is what I was on about...

Have done, mate. :) Took it off right down to the main stem but left on the tiny little leaf nods that are shooting out of the side, was that alright?
