OH yeah, and dont forget PH and PPM meter/test kit. Very important you test the soil after you make your mix and the water everytime, (after you add nutrients to it).
I found Miricle gro "natures care" soil at big box hareware store for $6 bucks a bag. Super cheap starter soil. It has a lot of the super soil amendments already added. no need to bake. I dont use anything else besides this and I top feed when I water with 1/2 teapsoon per gal of Protekt and 1-2...
Thanks. just trying to get a feel of when I should flower. They bushed out way more then I expected and are just barley taller then the tote right now. Basically Im doing a scrog with 2 plants in a 3x4x4 space ( taking into account light and tote) I believe its 100% indica Strain. Barneys Farm...
noted. Well as soon as I pick up a t5 unit for my veg tent im just going to move all 4 leds in the flower tent. They are 720 watt each (144 x 5 w) but the draw is only 317W. So thats what I go by. Here is my thread with a couple pics. I went a little crazy with the supercropping/LST so they are...
If either way will produce the same yield I choose less veg time. I can easily unzip and fold away the walls of the flowering tent come time, right now everythings still vegging. Maybe you could look at my pics I posted in my original thread under micro grows I believe ( i picked the wrong...
i had the cheap galvanized inline fans they rust and fail after about a year especially in high humidity clone/veg. Maybe if you could find one mostly plastic. I ended up getting a ipower fan or something like that. I got it off amazon froma wholesaler. it was 130$ delivered 640 cfp and came...
Forgot to mention I also added about additional 33% perlite to the miracle grow mix. How much does the biobizz cost...?
The stuff im using has kelp, alphalpha, bone meals earth worm castings, pete, perlite and organic fertz.
I only water/feed 1
I only need to water 1-2 times a week plus you have to monitor the PH of the water/solution you are feeding them. Thats going to be harder with an automated drip type system. All you really need is a timer, pump, vinly tubing and a resevoir . Maybe some silicone.
I have read foxfarms and roots organic are good. but expensive. I found Miracle grow "natures Care" natural organic soil at the local hardware store for 6$ /32QT bag. Its not 100% organic, but if you go down that road, it can be very expensive and there will be many hard choices and many times...
For nutrients look into the lucas schedule. I been feeding just maxibloom from GH and Protekt silica since day 1 all the way to harvest. Its way cheaper then buying all the seperate nutes. Another thing is the go box are small bottles. Almost better off buying 1 gallon each of bloom and grow and...
